Program Leader - Executive (Non-Tech)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Leader to oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring effective governance and resource management. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about driving strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to provide strategic leadership and facilitate project execution.
  • Optimize and prioritize project initiatives based on business needs and resource availability.
  • Define and communicate program goals, metrics, and objectives to the project teams.
  • Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and budgets.

  • Conduct regular briefings and status updates to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Enhance the organization's project management methodology and ensure compliance with established frameworks.
