Responsibilities

Skills

• Proven experience in business and systems analysis, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, particularly with API management platforms like WSO2.
• High-level knowledge of MS SQL Server concepts and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience in agile environments, with a deep understanding of agile principles and ceremonies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of leading diverse teams and influencing decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare systems or regulated environments, with knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data privacy best practices.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Visio for project management and documentation.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments and shifting priorities.
• Strong data and process modeling capabilities to guide solution design.
