JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Advanced Analytics Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage advanced analytics to drive innovation and deliver actionable insights that support critical business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement advanced analytics tools, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Manage data and analytics assets, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Drive efficiency and process optimization initiatives through data analysis.
  • Support documentation, testing, requirements gathering, and validation for software solutions.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Power BI, including proficiency in Power Query M and DAX.
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and SSIS.
  • 3+ years of experience with Power Automate.
  • Expert-level skills in MS Excel and Power Pivot.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Neural Networks and Machine Learning/NLP.
  • Knowledge of Python and Predictive Modeling.
  • Exposure to Lean Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience in a regulated industry, such as medical devices.
