Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced analytics tools, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
- Manage data and analytics assets, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Drive efficiency and process optimization initiatives through data analysis.
- Support documentation, testing, requirements gathering, and validation for software solutions.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Power BI, including proficiency in Power Query M and DAX.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and SSIS.
- 3+ years of experience with Power Automate.
- Expert-level skills in MS Excel and Power Pivot.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Familiarity with Artificial Neural Networks and Machine Learning/NLP.
- Knowledge of Python and Predictive Modeling.
- Exposure to Lean Sigma methodologies.
- Experience in a regulated industry, such as medical devices.
