JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us as a Senior Project Manager and lead the charge in enhancing our point-of-sale platform. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and a chance to make a meaningful impact in our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the product team in delivering continuous improvements to the point-of-sale system.
  • Oversee project resources, timelines, and risks, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and align with business objectives.
  • Apply scrum methodologies to steer the team through iterative project cycles.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the expected value for business partners.

Skills

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager, especially in retail or point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong grasp of scrum methodologies and effective stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional planning and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to manage scope, time, and resources flexibly and adaptively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • High levels of executive presence and communication skills.
  • Background in managing product delivery in technology-driven environments.
