Responsibilities

• Lead and develop test automation strategies for personalization workflows, ensuring comprehensive quality assurance for the program.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and clients to maintain high-quality standards and seamless communication.
• Create and maintain automated test suites for APIs, UI, and data validation to ensure data integrity.
• Work closely with data engineers, developers, and product teams to define and uphold quality benchmarks.
• Implement performance and scalability tests for high-volume data scenarios and integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Skills

• Extensive experience in Quality Engineering with a focus on test automation and a strong background in retail or e-commerce domains.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium and Cypress, and API testing frameworks like Postman or Rest Assured.
• Strong skills in data validation, SQL, and handling large datasets, with familiarity in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Must have requirements: 
  o    Retail and/or Supply Chain expertise
  o    WCS or OMS experience
  o    Automation experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience with A/B testing and AI model validation.
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy standards in the retail sector.
• Familiarity with Big Data, Spark, or cloud-based platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
