JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Business Systems Analyst, where you'll play a key role in optimizing procurement and legal operations systems. This remote position offers the chance to work cross-functionally, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical contact for system issues, resolving operational challenges in procurement, legal, and finance.
  • Maintain and enhance workflows and data mappings, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems.
  • Act as a liaison with vendors to manage support and align on updates and enhancements.
  • Support testing of new features and updates, coordinating cross-functional testing efforts.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in business systems analysis, particularly in procurement or legal operations.
  • Proficient in handling Zip and Ironclad platforms, with a strong grasp of procurement workflows.
  • Ability to work with APIs and integration logic to optimize system interactions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
