Responsibilities
- Manage the development, production, and post-production processes for multiple projects.
- Provide detailed creative notes on scripts and daily cuts in collaboration with external studios.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external co-production partners, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
- Review and track incoming submissions and participate in pitches for acquisition opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align content execution and delivery schedules.
Skills
- Proven experience in development or current programming, particularly in Live-Action Kids, Tween, or Family content.
- Exceptional creative judgment and strong communication abilities.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on operational precision.
- Flexibility to travel to sets as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with co-production or licensed content workflows.
- A background in managing relationships with external partners.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
