|Job ID 72405|Posted Nov 4, 2025Join our team as a Sr. IT Lead Compliance Manager in a fully remote role, where you'll play a crucial part in ensuring IT compliance and enhancing control frameworks. This contract position offers the chance to work on significant projects with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT, Security, Internal Audit, and business process owners to identify and address control gaps.
- Develop and refine policies, procedures, and control frameworks in alignment with industry standards.
- Maintain and update IT control documentation, including risk and control matrices and process flows.
- Support system implementations to ensure SOX controls are integrated from the outset.
- Assist management in the design and testing of key controls.
- Evaluate the IT SOX control environment to identify efficiencies in control design and testing strategies.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of SOX 404, COSO, COBIT, and PCAOB requirements.
- Experience with Azure hosted environments, ERP systems, and big data platforms.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and secure software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex IT concepts in a business-friendly manner.
Preferred Skills
- 8+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT SOX, and Risk Management.
- Experience with industry GRC tools such as Archer or Audit Board.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CIA are advantageous.
- A proactive approach and strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
