Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a crucial part in supporting operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

• Manage and catalog deliveries to maintain an organized workspace.
• Assist in evaluations and recipe development by collaborating with scientists.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the collective Test Kitchen area.
• Follow directions and complete simple repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Track multiple shipments daily while ensuring timely processing.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Outlook.
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a retail or store environment, particularly as an overnight or off-shift worker.
• Familiarity with food service or kitchen operations.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
