JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven strategies to enhance customer experiences. Leverage your analytical prowess to collaborate with marketing and technology teams, providing actionable insights that shape business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business owners to identify key questions and develop analytical plans to address them.
  • Extract, analyze, and present data from vast data warehouses to inform management decisions.
  • Support the OIS organization and network team with data-driven insights, focusing on Amazon Robotics and ticket data reporting.
  • Provide insights into customer behavior to guide business strategy evolution.

Skills

  • Proven experience working with complex, large-scale datasets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
  • Proficient in SQL and skilled in programming and marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with engineers and business leaders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAS is advantageous.
  • Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science, or related fields is highly desirable.
