JOB DESCRIPTION

Sr. Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented Sr. Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software using Java, C#, Python, .NET, and Spring Boot.
  • Enhance and transition on-premises applications to AWS, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
  • Design and implement APIs and serverless architecture patterns for optimal performance and reliability.
  • Engage in Agile development activities, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct code reviews and foster a culture of software craftsmanship, focusing on best practices in testing and automation.
  • Collaborate with team members to share ideas and ensure effective communication throughout the development process.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support as part of the team’s responsibilities.

Skills

  • Proven experience in full-stack development with a strong foundation in Java, C#, and Python.
  • Expertise in using GitHub, SonarQube, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Circle CI.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, particularly AWS, and experience with serverless components.
  • Ability to write and design unit tests using TDD and BDD methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant technical experience.
  • Experience with OpenShift and knowledge of MQ.
  • AWS Certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the airline industry and its specific software needs.
