JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive work instructions for various product lines, ensuring top-notch quality through regular audits and reviews.
  • Design and manage platforms for training, reference, and troubleshooting materials to support project teams effectively.
  • Facilitate the engineering change management process to ensure seamless deployment.
  • Contribute to content and project management strategies by gathering insights and organizing customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with data teams to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of technical content using engagement metrics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and documentation design enhancements to overcome development roadblocks.

Skills

  • Proven experience in technical writing and process development.
  • Strong understanding of systems architecture and ability to support tools as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal partners and customers.
  • Ability to think strategically and convey complex information in a written format.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with content management and project management strategies.
  • Familiarity with designing content templates and documentation best practices.
  • Proficiency in using engagement metrics to optimize content effectiveness.
