Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of content within a Content Management System (CMS), ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
 - Analyze user needs to inform content and design decisions, driving product strategy and vision.
 - Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance employee engagement initiatives.
 - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of internal platforms and campaigns.
 - Create compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership, effectively communicating key insights and data.
 - Support project management efforts by tracking deliverables and proactively identifying risks.
 
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
 - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a communications, marketing, or content operations role.
 - Proficiency with Content Management Systems and project management tools.
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
 
Preferred Skills
- Experience in project management, including managing timelines and stakeholder coordination.
 - Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
 - Knowledge of brand and content governance best practices.
 - Proven track record of effective collaboration with executive leadership.
