JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist where you'll drive growth and visibility across major online platforms. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance product listings and analyze data for improved performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart to boost engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to create visually appealing A+ content and maintain brand consistency.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Conduct regular catalog reviews to address low sales performance and compliance issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve listing errors and enhance marketplace operations.
  • Stay updated on marketplace trends and algorithm changes to ensure continuous improvement.

Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in managing ecommerce marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with marketplace tools such as Rithum, Jungle Scout, or Helium 10.
  • Experience in designing and publishing Amazon A+ content.
  • Knowledge of SEO, product research, and copywriting best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field.
