We are seeking a dedicated Technician Field Support professional to provide exceptional technical support in a hybrid environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with various teams to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for end-user technologies in a local network environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktop and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Manage ticketing and hardware asset management systems effectively.
• Conduct data migrations and restorations as needed.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent future issues.
• Maintain a professional presence while delivering personable service to users.

Skills

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a large organization.
• Strong customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Windows and Mac troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of network troubleshooting and support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Ivanti.
