We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Art Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing impactful marketing communication materials that elevate our brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create graphic and marketing materials from inception to implementation.
• Design in-store point-of-sale displays, collateral, direct mail, catalogs, and window displays.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
• Update and manage digital files and scans within the system.
• Participate in still life photography sessions as needed.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Photography, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in graphic design or art direction.
• Proficient in design software and technologies.
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail, fashion, or eCommerce design.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work and creativity.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
