JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an Instructional Designer focused on Technical Sales Enablement, where you'll craft engaging learning experiences to empower sales professionals. Be part of a dynamic environment that values innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and structured learning modules that enhance technical storytelling and solution mapping.
  • Develop eLearning content, facilitator guides, and demo scripts for effective sales training sessions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and product marketing teams to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
  • Align training content with strategic sales narratives and product storytelling.
  • Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality content by set deadlines.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in instructional design or enablement within the tech or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Strong understanding of technical sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in eLearning tools and video scripting for impactful training materials.
  • Proven ability to distill complex technical information into clear, sales-ready content.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in designing for pre-sales or technical enablement teams.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity platforms and competitive technologies.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail and technical accuracy.
