Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and management of operational technology security platforms to ensure robust security measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security tools with business needs and strategies.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and support incident investigations using industry-standard security platforms.
- Document processes and configurations to maintain compliance and readiness for audits.
- Mentor team members on effective use and management of security tools and practices.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operational technology security or related fields.
- Proven experience in deploying and managing OT security platforms.
- Strong understanding of industrial protocols and IIoT technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications such as GICSP, GRID, CISSP, or CISA.
- Experience in regulated industries like medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Scripting or automation skills, particularly in Python or PowerShell.
