JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a QA Tester where your skills in testing customer-facing applications will enhance quality and innovation. We are looking for a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish to improve our testing processes and ensure excellent application performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain comprehensive test cases and scripts for diverse applications.
  • Conduct thorough manual testing and document results to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and refine test plans and cases.
  • Promptly identify and escalate potential quality issues to management.
  • Contribute to software quality improvements for web and mobile platforms.

Skills

  • Proven experience in testing customer-facing applications with a solid grasp of IT processes.
  • Proficient in using testing tools like qTest and JIRA for bug tracking and validation.
  • Fluency in Spanish for effective communication in a bilingual environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to explore and understand business and functional specifications.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in automated testing using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or TOSCA.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience in ETL testing.
  • Ability to develop test automation frameworks from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in software testing and quality assurance.
