Partnerships Operations Lead 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnerships Operations Lead to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the operational success of our partnerships and enhance our service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to operationalize partner agreements into actionable plans.
  • Establish onboarding programs for partners, ensuring compliance and successful integration.
  • Drive growth by creating scalable initiatives to improve supply and conversion rates.
  • Monitor partner performance through scorecards and analytics, reporting on key metrics.
  • Create standardized procedures and playbooks to streamline operations and ensure consistency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize integration requests and address partner needs.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize economic models to enhance profitability.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships operations, marketplace operations, or program management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to translate complex agreements into operational frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for creating clear documentation.
  • Technical understanding of integrations, APIs, and data schemas.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in revenue operations or growth operations.
  • Familiarity with incentive frameworks and performance metrics.
  • Background in consulting or business development within B2B platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
