Skills
- 8+ years of experience in marketplace operations, growth strategies, or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
- Experience in designing and managing partnership programs and sales cycles.
Preferred Skills
- Consulting background with an MBA is a plus.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and performance marketing.
- Experience in developing incentive structures and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau for data visualization.
