JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Lead to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to shape how we measure and accelerate performance across various programs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain dashboards that track performance across acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide real-time business insights.
  • Analyze conversion rates and program effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Synthesize complex data into clear insights for senior leadership and C-level executives.
  • Build automated reporting pipelines to enhance accuracy and efficiency in data reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ad hoc analyses and insights.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large datasets.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including data visualization and scenario analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analyses clearly.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
  • Familiarity with data automation and workflow tools like Airflow or dbt.
  • Understanding of marketplace dynamics and sales funnel analysis.
  • Experience in a high-growth or platform/marketplace business environment.
