Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and execution of a large-scale SAP implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the system integrator to maintain project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project milestones and desired outcomes.
- Identify and manage interdependencies across business units to align with strategic goals.
- Apply Agile/Waterfall hybrid methodologies to oversee program phases and releases.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights for various operational reviews and steering committees.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support SAP adoption and minimize resistance.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in enterprise technology and business strategy, with a focus on program management.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP implementations, particularly SAP.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP modules and integration strategies.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Agile and scaled frameworks such as Scrum@Scale or SAFe.
- Experience in business architecture, process mapping, and cross-functional collaboration.
