JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team dedicated to developing innovative solutions within the payments sector. As a Technical Program Product Manager III, you will play a crucial role in optimizing operations through capacity planning and forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of capacity planning and forecasting tools to optimize fleet operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance business needs with technical constraints, focusing on customer requirements.
  • Translate large data sets into simplified insights for stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
  • Influence and guide team members in achieving project goals, fostering creativity and innovation.
  • Drive the successful delivery of data-driven analysis, planning, and forecasting initiatives.

Skills

  • Proven experience in managing projects with a focus on capacity planning or fleet services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to source and manipulate data effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with fleet concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience in product and program management within a dynamic business environment.
