Trust Operations Professional

Join a dynamic team as a Trust Operations Professional, where you will play a vital role in supporting personal trust business operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients and advisors while ensuring the integrity of trust account operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage trust account operations, including the opening and closing of accounts in the trust administration system.
  • Coordinate trust funding processes and maintain effective communication with advisors and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all necessary paperwork and procedures for account management.
  • Respond to client and advisor inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist with daily cash processing, including error resolution and account reconciliation.
  • Maintain data integrity and quality control to foster positive advisor/client relationships.

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in trust operations or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Preferred Skills

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with legal documents and communications, such as paralegal work.
  • Proficiency in trust administration systems and financial processes.
