Responsibilities

• Analyze and review various financial transactions to ensure compliance with transparency regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify data from multiple sources.
• Support the preparation of reports for federal and state transparency requirements.
• Utilize accounting principles to assist in financial analysis and compliance efforts.
• Participate in projects related to financial specialties and complete assigned tasks within time and budget constraints.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; an Associate's degree is required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a finance or compliance role.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using business applications and software for financial analysis.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare finance or compliance is a plus.
• Familiarity with transparency regulations and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
