|Job ID 72358|Posted Oct 29, 2025We are seeking a talented Python Developer to maintain and enhance our Data Party Management API, a critical microservice that plays a vital role in our data management infrastructure. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while collaborating with a dynamic team in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and extend FastAPI-based microservices for party and contact data management.
- Optimize PostgreSQL queries using SQLAlchemy and raw SQL to ensure efficiency.
- Implement new features while ensuring high availability and scalability of the API.
- Manage AWS RDS with IAM authentication and integrate with AWS Secrets Manager.
- Enhance OpenAPI documentation and adhere to RESTful design best practices.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for streamlined development.
- Containerize services using Docker and deploy them on AWS EKS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML services.
Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Python (version 3.12 or higher) and FastAPI.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and raw SQL.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly RDS and EKS.
- Proficiency in Docker and container orchestration technologies.
- Solid understanding of REST API design and async/await programming.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with semantic search implementations using OpenSearch or similar technologies.
- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD processes.
- Exposure to AWS Bedrock or similar generative AI platforms.
