JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our innovative team as a Packaging Project Manager, where you'll lead exciting projects and drive operational efficiency in a collaborative environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact while working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation and execution of rebranded artwork and design modifications for diverse packaging projects.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of artwork in line with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, manufacturing, and legal to meet project objectives.
  • Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and estimates.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Skills

  • Proven experience in design, art production, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of packaging design and print production processes.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and uniform packaging laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the healthcare packaging industry.
  • Ability to adapt to various systems and tools as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities.
