Responsibilities
- Assist with product lifecycle management by completing necessary documentation and updating planograms.
- Maintain SKU information, ensuring accurate updates and compliance at both brand and item levels.
- Provide operational support with a focus on detail and effective communication regarding category transitions.
- Initiate and manage return processes, collaborating with brands and buyers for resolution.
- Execute clearance markdowns and maintain visibility into operational processes.
Skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience in inventory, merchandising, or product lifecycle management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and professionalism in all interactions.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, SAP, SAP Hana, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail or beauty environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a strong work ethic.
