Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle for internal developer and architecture platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Define and manage roadmaps for key tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
- Drive improvements in software development workflows, including planning, testing, and deployment.
- Translate business requirements into actionable product specifications and prioritize product backlogs effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities for process enhancement.
- Lead change management initiatives for new tool rollouts and process updates.
- Define KPIs to measure platform performance and user engagement, using data for continuous improvement.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly with internal tools or platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Proficiency in tools like GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed environment.
Preferred Skills
- Background in software engineering or technical product management.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and ITSM practices.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tool governance.
