We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on leading the development of internal platforms that enhance software development processes and improve team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for internal developer and architecture platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Define and manage roadmaps for key tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
• Drive improvements in software development workflows, including planning, testing, and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product specifications and prioritize product backlogs effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities for process enhancement.
• Lead change management initiatives for new tool rollouts and process updates.
• Define KPIs to measure platform performance and user engagement, using data for continuous improvement.

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly with internal tools or platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Proficiency in tools like GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed environment.

Preferred Skills

• Background in software engineering or technical product management.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and ITSM practices.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tool governance.
