JOB DESCRIPTION

Join an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives. This role is key in ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary tools and training to embrace new processes and behaviors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall strategy and governance for knowledge management and education.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management approach in collaboration with partners.
  • Establish best practices for content management and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and assess organizational readiness.
  • Enhance learning outcomes through knowledge needs assessments.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Design educational programs for program resources and end users.
  • Work with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of education and content.
  • Support deployment preparations and develop enterprise-wide strategies.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in training, education, or knowledge management within large-scale transformation programs.
  • Expertise in training needs analysis, instructional design, and curriculum development.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in knowledge management frameworks and enabling tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree or certification in instructional design or knowledge management.
  • Experience with ERP implementation or technology-enabled transformation training.
  • Background in operations or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
