Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive change plans that align with overall deployment strategies, ensuring effective communication and education across the organization.
- Create and distribute tools and guides to support change implementation and communication efforts.
- Collaborate with change leads to facilitate change networks and drive engagement across sites.
- Design and provide change materials to empower networks in executing change initiatives effectively.
- Offer guidance and support to change leads, localizing plans and addressing any resistance or risks at specific sites.
- Monitor and measure change progress and success metrics to ensure the realization of business value.
- Act as a point of escalation for any site-specific change challenges, ensuring solutions are adopted and utilized by stakeholders.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Organizational Development, Business, or Communications.
- Over five years of experience in change management or organizational development, particularly in large-scale transformations.
- Proven ability to create and implement change management plans and materials that meet both enterprise and local needs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to develop high-quality change materials.
- Expertise in tracking adoption metrics and evaluating success at deployment levels.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP or technology-driven transformations.
- Ability to coach and guide leaders in localizing change plans and addressing site-specific challenges.
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset, capable of partnering across diverse teams in complex environments.
