JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an IT Service Management Engineer to drive innovation and efficiency in IT service delivery. This dynamic role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement IT service management solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and develop creative solutions.
  • Automate processes to boost efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide guidance and training to IT staff and end-users on ITSM best practices.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor junior team members and offer technical expertise.
  • Occasionally provide support outside regular hours as part of the on-call rotation.

Skills

  • Minimum of three years' experience in IT service management.
  • Proficiency in ITSM tools such as Team Dynamix, Jira, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse groups.
  • Experience in automating workflows and optimizing processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in managing configuration management databases (CMDB).
  • Familiarity with hybrid infrastructure environments, including cloud and on-premises systems.
  • Basic SQL skills for data analysis and report generation.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
