We are seeking a dynamic Product Development Coordinator to oversee the sampling process and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth product development. This role is essential in managing timelines and maintaining effective communication with vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire sampling process, ensuring timely ordering and tracking of garment samples.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors and suppliers to ensure adherence to brand schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and business priorities.
• Prepare readiness reports and manage seasonal sample tracking to meet key milestones.
• Assist with processing vendor invoices related to sample yardage and sample-making costs.
• Participate in weekly meetings to discuss product assortment and sampling-related topics.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of the product lifecycle and experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deliverables in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Centric PLM or similar product lifecycle management systems.
• Familiarity with fabric knowledge and garment construction.
• Previous experience in product development or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
