Responsibilities

• Develop and manage data tools to support sourcing strategies and optimize external manufacturing capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align category strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee data management and reporting for supplier lifecycle and performance management.
• Establish regular reporting for strategic partnerships and address any deviations in key performance indicators.
• Conduct due diligence on potential suppliers to assess financial and compliance risks.
• Assist in activating new suppliers and facilitate supplier exits when necessary.
• Support financial planning processes and report on conversion costs at external manufacturers.
• Advise on contract improvements and collaborate on complex negotiations.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• At least two years of experience in procurement, preferably within the consumer packaged goods sector.
• Strong data management skills and the ability to build robust internal and external relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to deliver actionable insights.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in external manufacturing category management.
• Proficiency in navigating multinational and matrix environments.
