Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business needs and reduce total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with suppliers and key stakeholders to foster long-term relationships and strategic collaboration.
• Conduct industry analysis to provide proactive insights and support category sourcing processes.
• Ensure compliance with environmental sustainability and regulatory efforts, including risk management and food safety regulations.
• Lead small cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and drive continuous improvement.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Experience in strategic procurement within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Proficiency in SAP/Ariba or similar ERP systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing financial savings models and preparing annual operating plans.
