JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an Aprimo Subject Matter Expert and lead the transition to a cutting-edge digital asset management system. Utilize your expertise to drive innovation and efficiency in our processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transition to a new workflow and digital asset management system, ensuring a smooth changeover from the current setup.
  • Leverage your experience with Aprimo AI Elite to optimize asset ingestion and streamline image storage processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in system configuration and usage.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new system functionalities and features.
  • Monitor project progress and report outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience with Aprimo, focusing on configuration and digital asset management.
  • Proven experience in managing transitions to new systems and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate current processes and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI integration and advanced features within Aprimo.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
