JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Product Designer and lead the transformation of digital experiences in the women's health sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that enhance healthcare decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Drive design initiatives focused on women's health to improve digital experiences.
  • Effectively communicate UX strategies to simplify complex ideas for stakeholders.
  • Ensure design consistency across various digital platforms.
  • Work closely with research, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Build trust with stakeholders to align on project concepts and priorities.
  • Manage project scope, dependencies, and risks efficiently.
  • Mentor and guide fellow designers to elevate design quality and innovation.
  • Advocate for customer needs in healthcare decision-making processes.
  • Champion inclusive design standards for desktop, web, and mobile platforms.

Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in UX or product design.
  • Proficiency in Figma with a strong creative portfolio showcasing UX processes and polished designs.
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for storytelling and sharing design rationale.
  • Ability to drive collaboration across various design and product teams.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience or passion for designing women's health journeys.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Motivated by the potential to positively impact healthcare experiences.
