Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver projects on time, meeting strategic and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Identify project deliverables, milestones, and tasks, ensuring all resources are appropriately allocated.
- Conduct project meetings, manage documentation, and report on progress regularly.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring compliance with project management standards.
- Mentor and support less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in managing complex projects with a solid understanding of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for leading teams effectively.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or financial consulting is a plus.
- PMP Certification is required; OPEX PM Certification is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn new topics and areas regularly.
