JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you ready to lead and inspire Agile teams to success? Join us as a Senior Scrum Master, where you'll guide dynamic teams to deliver innovative solutions while fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Guide Scrum teams through Agile processes, ensuring high productivity and removing obstacles.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs and maximize product impact.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive product development and exceed customer expectations.
  • Analyze team maturity and coach teams towards higher levels of Agile proficiency.
  • Create a trusting environment for teams to address challenges and solve problems collaboratively.
  • Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution within teams.
  • Enhance transparency through effective internal and external communications.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Scrum/Agile or related IT roles.
  • Experience in coaching teams and providing leadership direction.
  • Strong customer focus with effective communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and analysis with adaptability to evolving priorities.
  • Familiarity with traditional Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) and test-driven development methods.

Preferred Skills

  • 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master for technology teams.
  • Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
  • Certified Team Coach credentials.
