JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Senior Project Manager, where you'll lead dynamic, cross-functional initiatives within the Reinsurance program. This role is perfect for a motivated individual ready to drive strategic outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver projects on time, ensuring they meet strategic and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans and schedules.
  • Identify and organize project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
  • Analyze project scope and objectives to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Coordinate with functional managers to secure necessary resources and skills.
  • Implement effective communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage project life cycle from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Skills

  • Proven experience in managing successful projects and a solid understanding of project management life cycles.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a consulting-style mindset and a bias for action.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage complex initiatives.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or financial consulting.
  • PMP Certification through the Project Management Institute.
  • OPEX PM Certification is a plus.
