JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to impactful projects in the data management space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with various departments to coordinate and interface work.
  • Collaborate with ETL architects to transform data according to end-user needs and business processes.
  • Design and implement automated ETL flows while investigating and resolving issues within ETL pipelines.
  • Create and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Snowflake.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and testing of ETL systems, ensuring data quality and performance optimization.
  • Document implementations and build deployment documents for CI/CD processes.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on data warehousing.
  • Proficiency in creating pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
  • Strong background in ETL development using tools like Informatica PowerCenter and SSIS.
  • Experience with relational databases, including Oracle, Snowflake, and SQL Server.
  • Ability to analyze project requirements and develop detailed specifications for ETL processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with batch or PowerShell scripting and Python scripting.
  • Familiarity with data modeling in a data warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards.
  • Azure certifications related to data engineering or analytics.
