We are seeking a dedicated Trust Operations Professional to join our team, where you will play a key role in providing operational support for our personal trust business. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients and advisors while ensuring the integrity of trust account operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage trust account operations, including the opening and closing of accounts in the trust administration system.
- Process disbursements and cash movements while maintaining accurate records.
- Respond to requests from clients and advisors, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
- Support daily cash processing by entering distributions and reconciling accounts.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and advisors to enhance customer service and retention.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in trust operations or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with legal documents and communications, such as para-legal work.
- Proficient in trust account reconciliation and cash processing.
