JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Part-Time Senior UX Copywriter, where you will craft engaging and accessible content for personalized web experiences, ensuring every interaction aligns with brand standards and user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Create and refine UX copy for web templates, modules, and component-based systems, ensuring clarity and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and product managers to define messaging hierarchy and structure.
  • Ensure all content complies with ADA standards and plain-language requirements.
  • Develop content guidance documentation for stakeholders and authors.
  • Iterate on copy based on testing results and performance data.
  • Present copy rationale and direction in team reviews and showcases.

Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX product copywriting with proven content strategy expertise.
  • Strong understanding of ADA requirements and ability to apply them to UX writing.
  • Experience with creating repeatable, component-based content and proficiency in Figma for content design.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in delivering content in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and sprint-based work.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial or technical topics for consumers.
