We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making and provide key insights that enhance business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate program features and marketing content to assess customer response and retention.
- Conduct statistical testing of A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize strategies.
- Design and maintain metrics and reports to monitor program health.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders for critical insights into customer behavior.
- Utilize data mining and analytical techniques to identify trends within the customer base.
- Engage in strategic planning discussions to align data insights with business goals.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience with large-scale complex datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
- Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools.
- Background in statistics, programming, or marketing.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and business teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAS or similar analytical tools.
- Graduate degree in a related field such as math, statistics, or computer science.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or QuickSight.
