Responsibilities

• Act as the primary marketing liaison with product and tech teams to align on website features and requirements.
• Enhance performance marketing initiatives through effective landing page optimizations.
• Develop and oversee a web testing agenda to promote continuous improvement.
• Create and manage creative briefs to guide asset and copy development.
• Coordinate content and asset management for the website, ensuring timely updates and adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on creative needs and manage project timelines.
• Conduct web funnel reporting and prepare presentation materials for stakeholders.

Skills

• 5-8+ years of experience in digital marketing and web content management.
• Proven track record in managing websites and web campaigns for consumer brands.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with A/B testing and web content experimentation.
• Background in entertainment or experiential marketing.
• Understanding of web accessibility and UX best practices.
• Familiarity with content management systems and asset libraries.
