|Job ID 72284|Posted Oct 24, 2025Join our team as a FinOps Analyst where you'll leverage your expertise in financial analysis and cloud FinOps to drive impactful decision-making and cost optimization strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze cloud spending patterns and provide insightful reports on AWS and Azure platforms.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through strategic discount commitments and resource optimization.
- Collaborate with Finance and Engineering teams to create accurate technology spending forecasts and budgets.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and KPIs to enhance cloud cost transparency.
- Establish and enforce FinOps governance and controls across the organization.
- Communicate technical metrics and business insights effectively to senior leadership.
- Innovate and solve business challenges using automation and cloud engineering best practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in financial analysis within a technology department.
- Expertise in Cloud FinOps with a strong understanding of AWS and Azure platforms.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Experience with cloud cost management tools like AWS Cost Explorer and Azure Cost Management.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with additional cloud cost management tools such as Cloudability and Apptio.
- Experience working in multi-cloud environments.
- Comfortable presenting to and communicating with senior leadership.
- Programming skills, particularly in Python.
- FinOps Practitioner Certification or AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
- Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies.
