Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR projects to ensure alignment with business objectives and efficient execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones, to guide successful project completion.
- Establish project management standards and ensure consistent delivery across all projects.
- Communicate project expectations clearly to stakeholders and team members, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Allocate resources effectively, including external consultants and vendors, to optimize project outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
- Prepare and present detailed project updates and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR project management or PMO leadership.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, systems, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using project management tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Intermediate to expert-level Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in a collaborative environment.
