Senior program Manager - Campaigns
Key job responsibilities
You are the central program manager and point of contact for Chariot campaigns, coordinating activities across operations, marketing, finance, science, analytics, and product teams to deliver on-time, in-full:Develop detailed project plans and manage dependencies to ensure seamless and on-time delivery
- Lead Chariot campaign mechanisms including Campaign Readiness, Business Reviews, Goals, Roadmap, and Budget Management meetings
- Communicate with worldwide stakeholders through qweekly/monthly stakeholder flash updates
- Identify and proactively resolve roadblocks, risks, and issues that could impact campaign timelines or performance
- Partner closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, define campaign requirements, and align on success criteria
- Document processes, create training materials, and knowledge share to enable scalability and consistency across the Chariot program
- Lead program management for our planning and budget-related mechanisms in partnership with finance, leadership and media channel owners
- Lead project launches for new country or channel launches
- Analyze campaign data and metrics, synthesize learnings, and make recommendations to optimize future initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new marketing capabilities to inform campaign strategies

Central Marketing (XCM) creates marketing campaigns that are measurably effective, creatively breakthrough, and scaled for impact. Project Chariot is XCM’s investment to transform the fleet and packages into the biggest, most loved out of home media channel in the world, helping client win hearts and minds and change behaviors for client's most important programs and offerings.Basic qualifications (BQs)
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, ideally in a marketing, advertising, or e-commerce setting leading large, cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience translating data into actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
