JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and scale the core data and AI platform, integrating cloud-based data pipelines, predictive models, and analytics APIs.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to operationalize predictive lead scoring, recommender systems, and categorization models for business decision-making.

  • Drive integration of the platform with internal systems and external SaaS offerings.

  • Design and implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines using web analytics, CRM (Salesforce), and LMS data.

  • Develop and tune machine learning models using algorithms from Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and Google Vertex AI APIs.

  • Lead experimentation using synthetic data generation to improve model robustness and accuracy.

  • Build automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement mechanisms across the platform.

  • Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists on scalable, production-grade ML workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, machine learning, or AI platform development.

  • Proficiency with Python, Jupyter Notebooks, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.

  • Strong hands-on experience with BigQuery, Vertex AI, and related GCP tools.

  • Proven ability to design and deploy models using Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and modern ML frameworks.

  • Experience building or integrating synthetic data pipelines for training and validation.

  • Familiarity with lead scoring, propensity/recommender modeling, and web behavior analytics.

  • Exposure to Salesforce CRM and Google Analytics data structures.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to translate technical outputs into business-relevant insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS productization of data/AI capabilities.

  • Understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and predictive customer analytics.

  • Track record of leading initiatives from proof-of-concept to enterprise deployment.

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
